Important Notice
Before enrolling, please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined on our website. By registering as a student with Shanti Wellness Yoga Studio (ShantiWellnessFL.com), you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
GENERAL POLICIES

All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.

Product refunds are available only if the item is in new and unused condition and returned within 10 days of purchase.

Each student must have a unique online account with a distinct email address—accounts cannot be shared.
-
Class rates are competitively priced; therefore, no additional discounts are offered on packages, introductory offers, or unlimited memberships.
CLASS POLICIES

Our schedule may change due to seasonal adjustments and demand. Please refer to the online schedule for updates.

Arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Doors will be locked at the start of class and will not reopen until the session concludes.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please minimize noise upon arrival and during class. Avoid loud talking, humming, or any disruptions.

Pre-registration is required for all class pass holders.

Payment must be completed before attending a class, workshop, or event. Unpaid sessions will be back-charged, and late fees may apply.

Personal belongings are the responsibility of the student—Shanti Wellness is not liable for lost or stolen items.
HEALTH & SAFETY
-
Students must confirm that they have been medically cleared within the past six months and are in good physical health to participate in yoga classes.
-
It is the student’s responsibility to inform instructors of any pre-existing conditions that may impact their practice.

Yoga classes may be physically demanding. Students participate at their own risk and accept full responsibility for any personal injury, property loss, or other risks.

Students must follow instructor guidance; failure to do so is at their own risk.
-
By attending classes, students agree not to hold Shanti Wellness liable for any injuries, property damage, or other incidents.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE

If a student does not attend a pre-booked class and fails to inform Shanti Wellness, the class fee remains non-refundable.

Cancellation of workshops & events must be made at least:

48 hours in advance for local presenters
-
72 hours in advance for out-of-town presenters
-

Late cancellations (outside these timeframes) are non-refundable, and credits cannot be applied to future workshops.

Online class bookings open 10 days in advance and close 90 minutes before class start time.
-
Online cancellations must be completed at least 45 minutes before class. If this window is missed, an email or phone call before class start time may allow for cancellation. Requests made after class begins will not be honored.
-
Refunds for timely cancellations are processed immediately upon request.
YOGA CLASS GUIDELINES
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR A CLASS OR EVENT

Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.

Wear comfortable clothes

Blocks, strap and bolster for support

ARRIVAL TIME
-

Regular classes: Arrive at least 5 minutes early.

Aerial classes: Arrive at least 10 minutes early.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS
-
Cannot be shared.
-
Continues until canceled (via email or phone request).
-
Annual memberships expire after 364 days from activation.
-
Unused unlimited memberships cannot be credited back.
INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
-
Only available to first-time students.
-
One intro offer per student (e.g., selecting a 30-day offer excludes eligibility for other intro promotions).
-
Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared.
-
If a client purchases multiple intro offers, additional purchases will be charged as regular classes and canceled.
MONTHLY AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIPS
-
Cannot be shared.
-
Charges are automatic and recurring on the same day each month.
-
Members can update or change their credit card details online or in-studio.
-
Auto-renew memberships can be frozen for up to 30 days per calendar year (with a doctor’s note).
-
Requests must be made in writing to ShantiWellnessFL@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.
-

Auto-renew memberships can be canceled anytime after the initial contract period (3 or 6 months).
-
No Commitment memberships require 15 days’ notice for cancellation.
-
Failed auto-payments:
-
If payment is declined, Shanti Wellness reserves the right to reprocess charges.
-
If payments fail twice, the membership may be canceled, and the client may be ineligible for future auto-renew plans.
-

All outstanding fees must be settled before cancelation.
GIFT CARDS
-
Can be used for classes, workshops, retail, and account credit.
-
Available for purchase online and in-studio.
-
Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
PRIVACY POLICY

Shanti Wellness only contacts individuals who opt-in through account registration, class bookings, or purchases.
-
Personal data collected includes:

Name, email, phone number, emergency contact, date of birth.
-
Stored securely via Wix Booking for scheduling and payment processing.
-

Credit card information is stored only with client consent and can be removed upon membership cancellation.
-
Data privacy rights: Clients may request access, updates, or deletion of their data.
