Service Description

This class is Hatha Yoga A, because it is designed to help beginner level yogis become familiar with the language and poses of yoga, while building a strong foundation and good habits to join more active classes. This class is also good for experienced yogis, who wish to improve alignment. Hatha is called the yoga of warriors because it helps strengthen and condition the physical body through each pose. It provides the foundation to create harmony between the body, mind, and prana, to more efficiently move through each sequence. Yogis learn modifications that best suit their skill level, while developing the intuition for proper alignment and adjustments. (Very beginner friendly - All levels - Low to high intensity) Preregistration recommended
