Service Description

This is a 60min session that combines Yin Yoga stretches, Qigong movements, Kundalini breath-work, and a variety of meditation techniques. At the end, we will have a brief discussion about our meditation experience. What you need: Short sleep shirt or clean towel/blanket Journal/notepad Writing utensil
