About the event
WHAT IS BREATHWORK:This is the application of one or various breathing techniques that help bring a desired result. Lele N. brings her 20+ years of yoga experience to guide your through this journey, and help you identify which techniques resonate with you most.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR:This class is for anyone who wants to increase their endurance or deepening their meditation, and discover new ways to experience balance and complete wellness. This spiritual practice has physical and physiological benefits.
WHAT TO EXPECT:You will learn a little about anatomy, understanding the impact our breath has on the physical and subtle bodies. We will apply a variety of breathing techniques and note how each of these can help improve day to day life. We will cycle through these techniques a few times to help deepen their benefits, transform the body, harness wellness, and find harmony. The practice is infused with Reiki and Vibrational Healing Work.
WHAT YOU NEED:Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, any pillows that you would like to bring for your comfort.1
