The Self-care Workshops Series

The focus of each series will provide opportunity for self-care, self-discovery, growth, transformation, and healing. 

Topics will include: Meditation, Gratitude, Manifestation, Yoga Nidra. 

Participants will learn a variety of techniques to facilitate relaxation, focus, better sleep, inner peace and balance, manifest desired goals, heal, let go of negative patterns, and even improve relationship with the self. 

Each series consists of 4 sessions, meeting weekly to deepen practice and understanding of each topic.
