Service Description

This class is called Hatha Slow Flow B, because it is designed to help beginner yogis get comfortable with cues and alignment, while moving through a sequence of fundamental postures that meet their skill level. Yogis get more time to fully experience and understand each pose, with the guidance and support of props. This class moves slower than a Vinyasa Flow class, making it easy to follow and fun, while gaining the confidence and skill level needed to strengthen your practice and even try other classes. (All levels - Low to medium intensity) Preregistration recommended
