Service Description

This beginner Vinyasa Flow class is designed to help new yogis get comfortable with cues and alignment, while moving through a sequence of fundamental postures that meet their skill level. Yogis get more time to fully experience and understand each pose, with the guidance and support of props. You will have fun, while gaining the confidence and skill level needed to try other classes. (All levels - Low to medium intensity) Preregistration recommended
