Service Description

This class is perfect for the new yogis who always wanted to try aerial yoga, but found it intimidating. We practice traditional yoga poses (asanas) with the support of the swing to increase flexibility, strength, and joint health. We get the heart pumping with a variety of cardio based sequences. It is particularly great for spinal health, as it combines the soft support of the swing with the power of gravity to create traction that naturally opens the vertebrae, and releases unhealthy tension and pressure. PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED. Registration closes 90 minutes before class start time MINIMUM 2 yogis registration required. (All levels - Low to high intensity) Preregistration required Short sleeves and knee length pants require for safety (Low to high intensity)

Cancellation Policy
