My name is Lele and I am the owner of Shanti Wellness Center.

I created this program because I want to help everyone live their best lives.

Today, stress is experienced by all, young and old, near and far. It knows no gender or cultural differences, because we live in a world where technology and social demands are so excessive, that we are in a constant state of Fight or Flight.

I want to use technology to help, build people up, and maybe even bring everyone a little joy.
