About the event
Lele is a certified E-RYT 500, YACEP, certified Sound Healer, and certified Reiki Master, with many years of experience in meditation.
She began her meditation journey at the early age of 5, without knowing that she was meditating, by simply following her instinct to calm her mind and body each night.
Now, after completing many meditation and yoga trainings, she has created an easy to follow program to help you experience all the benefits of meditation in every day life.
You don't need to be a seasoned yogi or have any previous experience to be able to meditate. Once you have learned a few techniques, you will begin a wonderful journey to inner peace and balance.

This is the first of two workshops designed to help you master meditation and bring balance to your daily life, through a variety of breathing techniques.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK:
This is the application of one or various breathing techniques that help bring a desired result. Lele N. brings her 20+ years of yoga experience to guide your through this journey, and help you identify which techniques resonate with you most.
WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR:
This workshop is for anyone who wants to increase their endurance or deepening their meditation, and discover new ways to experience balance and complete wellness. This spiritual practice has physical and physiological benefits.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will learn a little about anatomy, understanding the impact our breath has on the physical and subtle bodies. We will apply a variety of breathing techniques and note how each of these can help improve day to day life. We will cycle through these techniques a few times to help deepen their benefits, transform the body, harness wellness, and find harmony. The practice is infused with Reiki and Vibrational Healing Work.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, any pillows that you would like to bring for your comfort.
Sound journeys are not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with vertigo, anyone experiencing Tinnitus or other hearing conditions. Consult your physician before booking a sound bath.
